What We Do

Everything we do falls into four kinds of work.

Looking for implementation? A build is a project rather than a service, and our methodology sets it out phase by phase.

The Three Tools are how a relationship begins. Services are what the work consists of once it has.

Service 1

Independent Advisory

Unbiased advice, with nothing to sell

Pure, unbiased consulting, with no software to sell and no pitch at the end. Competence is the number of patterns you recognize, and we recognize many.

We document how things work today, understand what you are trying to achieve, and give honest, experienced advice on how to move forward — not pinned to any license, and not tied to any further commitment.

That independence is the point. We have nothing to sell you, and the engagement ends when it ends: with advice you can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Service 2

Software Consulting

Deep Business Central expertise, openly declared

Software-specific work: accounting, distribution, manufacturing, ERP, reporting, analytics and integrations. Our deepest expertise is Navision, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, and we say so.

That makes us openly biased, and we would rather declare the bias than pretend to a neutrality we don’t have. When the answer is BC, we know it thoroughly. When it isn’t — when another platform or another partner would serve you better — we will tell you plainly that we are not a good fit.

Any of the three Tools can open the conversation. There is no commitment, but it will likely end in a recommendation grounded in that expertise.

When we will tell you to buy elsewhere. A declared bias is only worth anything if it has a limit, so here is ours. If what you need is something Dynamics genuinely does not do well — a true manufacturing execution system, a specialized industry platform with no credible Dynamics equivalent — we will say so and, where we can, point you toward who does it properly. If the honest answer is that your existing system should be fixed rather than replaced, that is the recommendation you will get, even though it is worth less to us. And if the business is not ready — no internal owner, no appetite for the data work, no agreement at the top about what this is for — we will tell you that too, because starting anyway is how implementations end up on the list of things that never delivered.
